Shipping Carrier
We proudly partner with The Courier Guy to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Every parcel is carefully packaged and fully trackable once dispatched.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay, we will notify you via email or SMS.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via The Courier Guy website:

Delivery Policy
Deliveries are made door-to-door during business hours (08:00–17:00).
Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel. If no one is available, The Courier Guy may attempt a redelivery or contact you to arrange collection.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care to package your crystals safely. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package. We’ll investigate and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, Spirits of Crystals ships within South Africa only. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
